Using Hardcover Coffee Club
Hardcover Coffee Club is a content and membership website for readers, coffee lovers, mystery fans and people who enjoy the stories and experiences we create. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.
Member Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity through your account. Free membership is available without recurring payment. Premium membership is available as monthly or annual recurring access.
Premium Billing, Renewal and Cancellation
Premium costs $9.95 per month or $99 per year in U.S. dollars. Your selected plan renews automatically through Stripe at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. You may cancel from your Your Membership page before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Premium access continues through the end of the paid period.
Monthly and annual membership payments are non-refundable and are not prorated after Premium access has been granted, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, failure to provide purchased access, or where applicable law requires otherwise. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Content and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original stories, serial fiction, mysteries, case files, downloads, graphics, branding and written materials made available through Hardcover Coffee Club are owned by or licensed to Hardcover Coffee Club, Hardcover Coffee, Hardcover Press or the applicable creator.
Membership gives you personal access to content available for your membership level. It does not transfer ownership or permit resale, republication, bulk copying or commercial redistribution without permission.
Downloads and Printable Materials
Member downloads and printable materials are for personal and household use unless a specific item states otherwise. Reasonable copies may be printed for the intended activity with family or friends. Commercial resale is not permitted.
Mysteries and Fiction
Grounds for Suspicion case files, serial fiction and other story experiences are entertainment products. Characters, events, evidence, locations and scenarios may be fictional or dramatized unless clearly identified otherwise.
Coffee and Informational Content
Coffee guides, brewing suggestions, pairings and educational material are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. Purchases made through HardcoverCoffee.com are subject to the store terms and policies presented there.
Availability and Changes
We may add, change, reorganize or retire content, features and member benefits as the Club develops. We may also perform maintenance or temporarily limit access when reasonably necessary for security and reliability.
Account Access
We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively or in material violation of these terms.
Third-Party Services
The site may link to or embed third-party services, including commerce, video, social media or other external platforms. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
