Hardcover Coffee Club operates this website at https://hardcovercoffeeclub.com. The Club is the content, reading, mystery and membership side of the Hardcover Coffee universe. HardcoverCoffee.com is our separate shopping site.
Information We Collect
When you create a member account, we may collect information you provide such as your name, username, email address, password credentials in protected form, membership level and account preferences. Our systems may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, login activity and security-related logs needed to operate and protect the site.

Membership Information
Membership accounts are managed through WordPress and our membership software. We use this information to provide member access, identify your current membership level, maintain your account and deliver member-related communications. Paid membership features are not yet open for enrollment.
We may send service-related emails such as account confirmations, membership notices, password resets and other messages needed to operate your membership. These transactional emails are sent through our configured email service provider. Marketing or newsletter email, when offered, will be handled separately and may include its own subscription or unsubscribe controls.

Those providers may process limited information as necessary to perform services for us.

Purchases and Payment Information
Physical products and other store purchases are handled through HardcoverCoffee.com and its commerce providers. HardcoverCoffeeClub.com does not currently process paid membership transactions. When paid membership opens, this policy will be updated as necessary to describe the payment providers used.

Members can review or update certain profile information from their account pages. You may also contact us to request help with your account or personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate business records.
Children
The Family Table may include activities intended for adults to share with children or grandchildren, but member accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly design member registration to collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Club, membership features and service providers change. The version published on this page will control once this policy goes live.
