Premium Membership Billing
Hardcover Coffee Club Premium memberships are offered as recurring subscriptions: $9.95 per month or $99 per year. Your selected plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium membership from the Your Membership page before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals. After cancellation, Premium access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Monthly and annual membership payments are non-refundable and are not prorated after Premium access has been granted. We will review and, when appropriate, correct duplicate charges, billing errors, a failure to provide purchased access, and refunds required by applicable law.
Billing Questions
For help with a charge or membership access, email members@hardcovercoffeeclub.com. Include the email address used for your membership, the charge date and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card details by email.
Payment Processing
Membership payments are processed securely by Stripe. Hardcover Coffee Club does not store your full payment-card number.
