Hardcover Coffee Club operates this website at https://hardcovercoffeeclub.com. The Club is the content, reading, mystery and membership side of the Hardcover Coffee universe. HardcoverCoffee.com is our separate shopping site.
Information We Collect
When you create a member account, we may collect information you provide such as your name, username, email address, password credentials in protected form, membership level and account preferences. Our systems may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, login activity and security-related logs needed to operate and protect the site.
If you contact us, we may retain the information you send so we can respond and maintain appropriate business records.
Membership Information
Membership accounts are managed through WordPress and our membership software. We use this information to provide member access, identify your current membership level, maintain your account and deliver member-related communications. For paid memberships, we also maintain subscription, payment and renewal status needed to administer access and customer support.
We may send service-related emails such as account confirmations, membership notices, payment and renewal notices, password resets and other messages needed to operate your membership. These transactional emails are separate from marketing email. Club Updates marketing email is handled through Hostinger Reach and requires a separate voluntary subscription. Marketing messages include an unsubscribe control.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and related site measurement to understand traffic sources, page use, membership signup activity, member return activity and other site engagement signals. Analytics data is used to improve the Club and evaluate whether features are useful. We do not intentionally send passwords or payment-card details to analytics.
Cookies and Login Sessions
This site uses cookies and similar browser storage when necessary for account login, session security, preferences and core WordPress functionality. If you choose a “Remember Me” option when signing in, your login may remain active for a longer period on that device.
Third-Party Services
We use service providers to host, secure and operate this website and its membership features. These may include website hosting, WordPress and Kadence-related services, membership software, email delivery, analytics, payment processing and security/performance services. Those providers may process limited information as necessary to perform services for us.
Pages may also link to or embed content from third-party websites such as HardcoverCoffee.com, YouTube or other media and commerce services. When you visit or interact with a third-party service, that service’s own privacy practices apply.
Purchases and Payment Information
Physical products and other store purchases are handled through HardcoverCoffee.com and its commerce providers. Paid memberships on HardcoverCoffeeClub.com are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives payment information needed to process the transaction. Hardcover Coffee Club does not store your full payment-card number, but we may receive and retain limited transaction information such as the payment status, amount, date, Stripe customer or subscription identifier and limited card details such as brand and last four digits when provided for account support and recordkeeping.
How We Use Information

How Long We Keep Information
We keep account, membership and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your membership, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal or administrative obligations. Some records may remain in backups or security logs for a limited period after an account is closed.
Your Choices
Members can review or update certain profile and billing information from their account pages. You may also contact us at members@hardcovercoffeeclub.com to request help with your account or personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or legitimate business records.
Children
The Family Table may include activities intended for adults to share with children or grandchildren, but member accounts are intended to be created and managed by adults. We do not knowingly design member registration to collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Club, membership features and service providers change. The version published on this page reflects the current policy.
